MANNING ONLINE ORDERS

Phone, Fax and Email Orders
If you are having trouble with a book order, please write to us at Customer Support. If you have a problem that cannot be managed solely via email, please include a phone number and a time that you can be reached.

Ebook Download Problems
You should download your digital content within 5 days of purchase. You can retrieve your ebooks via our Download Web Interface. Simply enter your order number and email address.

You should also receive an automated message from our server that will contain a direct link to your purchased content. These links are only active for 5 days.

If for some reason you are not able to download your ebooks from our site within 5 days of purchase, are having problems ordering from the Manning Online Store, or your ebook did not download correctly, send email to the Webmaster. Please include the receipt that was sent to you via email at the time of your order.

Corporate, Retail and Bulk Orders
Please visit our Ordering page for details regarding how to place an order, volume discounts, and distribution. Arrangements can be made for special orders. Send all inquiries to Sales.

OTHER PROBLEMS

Writing to Customer Support is usually the quickest way to reach us about a problem. However, sometimes customer email fails to reach us (we blame spam filters!). If you have written to our support team and have not received a response within 1-2 business days, please contact our Business Manager for assistance.

If you are having trouble making contact with us via email, please call the Manning Publications Co. Phone Line at (203) 626-1510. We regret that we are unable to staff a 24/7 hotline at this time, but if a staff member is available your call will be answered. Otherwise any messages left with our service will be returned within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to clearly say your name, telephone number, and give a brief description of your inquiry.
